Neuzil Sanderson & Sigafoose PC is engaged in the general practice of law, including the areas of estate planning (wills, trusts, and powers of attorney), probate, real estate, income taxation, and business law.
The firm traces its beginning to 1957 when Ralph L. Neuzil opened his law office in Iowa City. Ralph passed away in 2011. Today, the firm consists of one shareholder attorney, Jay W. Sigafoose. Jay joined the firm in 1995.
Our offices are located in the historic Rock Island Railroad Depot in Iowa City’s Riverfront Crossings District, just south of downtown.
